My daughter has been under Dr Ottayil's care for some years. We have always found Dr Ottayil to be extremely informative compassionate understanding and never rushes your consultation time with him answering all your questions of concern in depth with honesty. My daughter has always enjoyed her appointments with Dr Ottayil as unlike some Consultants he has always included her into the consultation asking her questions directly. Very pleased with Dr Ottayil's shared expertise knowledge and manner. One of the best.

Dr Ottayil is compassionate and easy to get on with. He wanted to engage with our son whilst talking about his treatment. He has a sense of humour which we need in certain situations. He talked about the future of living with epilepsy and made us all feel at ease. The best consultant I have ever met.
